About The Position

This role is for a Systems Integration, Test, and Evaluation Engineer responsible for leading the integration, testing, and evaluation of complex systems. The team ensures that integrated hardware meets physical, functional, and performance objectives. The engineer will generate test procedures and plans, prepare test readiness review packages, integrate development efforts, and execute qualification testing. Responsibilities include writing master test plans, qualification test reports, supporting subcomponent and subassembly integration, building subassembly hardware, and coordinating flight tests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or an engineering related field and 9+ years of professional experience
  • Must be able to obtain a secret clearance (interim required to start)
  • Familiar with the application of systems engineering and software development processes to the design, development, integration, test, and verification of complex systems
  • Experience in Team Leadership and Cost Account Management (CAM)
  • Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of recent and related experience in a IT&E leadership role
  • Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process including working through System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), and Pre-Ship Readiness Reviews (PSRR)
  • Willing to travel to flight test events
  • Experience with Ground and Flight Test activities on military products/platforms
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

  • Familiar with MFC Missile Development Programs
  • Experience with Configuration and Data Management (CDM) of Hardware and Software
  • Experience with Laboratory System Integration and Test or Hardware In the Loop (HWIL)
  • Experience with a diversity of complex electrical (hardware) systems
  • Experience developing test plans, test procedures, and test reports
  • Experience with Engineering Reviews (Test Readiness, Flight Readiness, Design Reviews)
  • Experience with instrumentation and data capture (e.g. Oscilloscopes, power supplies, digital multimeters, Matrix Switch Cards, Digital Input/Output PXIe instruments, AC/DC power distribution systems)
  • Experience processing and analyzing telemetry data
