About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and autonomous Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to join our team for a long-term freelance collaboration. In this role, you will manage, troubleshoot, and optimize our core infrastructure, ensuring high availability, robust security compliance, and seamless operational continuity.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in similar roles.
- Solid experience managing and configuring virtualized environments.
- Strong expertise in Windows Operating Systems for both workstations and servers.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (specifically handling incident, change, and request management).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft WSUS.
- Proven experience in the administration and troubleshooting of networks and firewalls.
- Familiarity with professional file transfer software and secure data systems.
- Practical awareness and experience in vulnerability identification, management, and remediation.
- Experience working with the Closed Loop Framework and its associated compliance requirements.
- Background or familiarity with infrastructure support within manufacturing or production operations environments.
