About The Position

EPS US, LLC’s Holladay, UT, office seeks a Systems Implementation & Training Consultant. This is a fully remote position and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States to deliver improvements, efficiencies and standardization in project delivery and implementation. The role involves working closely within the DMI team to deliver projects and implementations, ensuring a detailed training/commissioning plan is created and communicated to the customer after the site survey. Responsibilities include performing site surveys, installing and implementing software solutions, training users on system setup and usage, supporting the team in communicating projects to customers, creating successful workflows, and assisting in systems commissioning with electrical engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
• Two (2) years of experience in a related position in the print and/or packaging industries
• Two (2) years performing implementation/training
• Two (2) years of experience with Project Management
• Two (2) years working in a ‘technical’ production process environment
• Two (2) years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Management Information Systems (MIS), and Software Development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
• Two (2) years of direct client interaction during different phases like gathering requirements, customization, and testing
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, HTML, CSS, and SQL
• Able and willing to travel domestically to various unanticipated employer and client locations to provide technical support up to 40%

Responsibilities

• Work closely within the DMI team to deliver projects and implementations
• Ensure that a detailed training/commissioning plan is created and communicated to the customer after the site survey
• Perform site surveys
• Install and implement software solutions
• Train both high-level and low-level users on how to set up and use the systems
• Support the team communicating projects to customers
• Create successful workflows with both customers and colleagues delivering MIS services
• Assist in systems commissioning with electrical engineers to prove both software & hardware solutions are working correctly and as scoped
