About The Position

We are seeking a Systems Implementation Specialist whose primary focus will be on designing, building, testing, and implementing custom software solutions for the real estate industry. You will work towards creating systems and tailoring out-of-the-box software solutions that will help make life-changing real estate purchases and sales smooth, predictable, scalable, and repeatable. Your day is never the same in this role; one day you will be building out a new purchase contract flow for one state while configuring a compliance checklist for another. You sit at the intersection of data, contracts, and people to help make the best Transaction Management team even better. We’re not looking for someone who merely likes Excel or has built a Zapier automation once. We’re looking for someone who lives optimization.

Requirements

  • You have experience with system setup, configuration, or implementation and can show us what you’ve built.
  • You love solving puzzles and can turn a messy process into a clean, automated workflow.
  • You’re equally comfortable working solo or collaborating with a team.
  • You don’t just use software, you master it.
  • You’re detail-obsessed, organized, and quick to catch the small stuff.
  • You’re a clear communicator who makes the complex easy to understand.
  • You’re curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to make things better.
  • Google Workspace feels like second nature, and you pick up new platforms fast.

  • Real estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and customize transaction workflows that support thousands of contracts each year.
  • Translate real estate documents and requirements so that you can build out the perfect if/then task lists and conditional logic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data flow and efficiency.
  • Test, tweak, and test again, ensuring every workflow works flawlessly before rollout.
  • Lead the charge on training and support as new tools and systems go live.
  • Track system performance, generate reports, and recommend optimizations.
  • Evaluate the current tech stack and provide bulletproof plans for improvements and streamlining.
