Requirements

5+ years of experience performing systems engineering in the defense industry
Experience performing systems engineering analysis, requirements capture, architecture development, and system documentation for DoD or government systems
Experience with digital engineering tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw and DOORS
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience developing test strategies, plans, and reports, and participating in test execution and analysis
Knowledge of MBSE concepts and SysML for requirements, specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture
Ability to work confidently with senior officials, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology

Nice To Haves

Experience with engineering tools such as Dassault 3DS, IBM DOORS, ModelCenter, TeamCenter, MATLAB, STK, and CAD tools
Experience with Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) techniques and Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA) standards
Experience in DoD aerospace program acquisition offices
Experience analyzing and translating system requirements into design
Experience with airworthiness requirements and testing
Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Master’s degree in Engineering
INCOSE Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) and SysML OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Certifications
