Responsibilities in this position are to plan, supervise the conduct of system/product performance analysis, requirements development, RF system/product architecture design, system/product development, system/product implementation and performance verification of various military ground and airborne communication products. The SME is also is responsible for the program’s Earned Value including generation and presentation of the quarterly Estimate At Completion (EAC) of the assigned Systems Engineering domain efforts. Developing coherent product specifications from multiple disparate source documents Performing analysis of signals in space, receivers and transmitters Developing simulations and analyzing the performance/impact of fielded equipment Managing the requirements baseline Ensuring all requirements are met. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
