About The Position

As a Lead Systems engineer for the Space, Cyber, and Intelligence business area, you’ll lead a cross functional team responsible for Crypto & Cross Domain Solution products, with an emphasis in leading systems development efforts for the Data at Rest (DAR) technology area. This role requires a creative thinker with demonstrated success leading the systems development life cycle, a collaborative team player eager to provide technical leadership and position others for success, and someone with thorough knowledge of technology trends and a willingness to champion new ideas and process improvements. Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions are also key. The role involves identifying opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation. The position is fully on-site in Dedham, MA, with some limited ability to flex from home. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Demonstrated success leading the systems development life cycle.
