About The Position
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineering Intern to join its Software and Controls Engineering team in the Space sector in Aurora, Colorado. The internship offers training, professional development, and networking opportunities while supporting government, civil, and commercial space customers. The intern must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027 and remain enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university in fall 2027. The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special access; U.S. citizenship is required for these qualifications. Travel is listed as 10% of the time.
Requirements
- Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university and remain enrolled full-time in Fall 2027.
- Be majoring in a STEM field.
- Be available to work 40 hours per week for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
- Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company; U.S. citizenship is required.
