About The Position

This Systems Engineering Co-Op role will enhance the System Testing Discipline by increasing test coverage for system requirements at both bench and vehicle levels. The role involves collaborating with the tools team to develop an advanced automation framework, potentially using AI, and writing automation scripts. The co-op will execute test cases on bench and/or vehicle to ensure product quality and timely delivery for System Baseline Audits.

Requirements

• Currently a student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develops test specifications and test cases to ensure full test coverage of all system interfaces and stakeholder requirements.
• Writes automation scripts to achieve 90% coverage for the assigned module, with encouragement for AI-based automation solutions.
• Executes all assigned bench test cases.
• Executes smoke tests, regression tests, and full validation on vehicle level.
• Performs DVP&R according to customer requirements.
• Performs vehicle debugging, troubleshooting, and trace analysis in case of issues.
• Ensures test bench commissioning, bring-up, and maintenance while adhering to 5S principles.
