About The Position

Salesforce is hiring a new graduate to join its DET IT team and work on Finance and/or Employee Success (ES/HR) applications. This hybrid role involves configuring, developing, and testing applications and solutions, while contributing to stable, secure, and scalable employee-facing platforms. The associate will learn Salesforce’s development process, culture, and codebase in the IT ES ecosystem and collaborate with engineers, product managers, UX designers, analytics experts, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Degree in MIS, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

Nice To Haves

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to navigate complex ES and Finance data models and people systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical engineers and non-technical ES and Finance stakeholders.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and motivation to advance Employee Success and/or Finance technologies.
Experience using telemetry, observability tooling, and metrics to drive operational excellence across enterprise ES and Finance platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test, and deliver scalable Finance and/or Employee Success (ES/HR) solutions.
Learn and contribute to the development process, culture, and codebase within the IT ES ecosystem.
Improve tooling, standards, and engineering practices.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, UX designers, and analytics experts to build employee-facing features and maintain stable, secure, and scalable platforms.
Develop test strategies and automation frameworks, and write unit and functional tests to improve code coverage and automation metrics across ES and Finance integrations and workflows.
Analyze, design, and develop test cases and implement automated test suites for ES and Finance platform services.
