About The Position

The Experience DET IT team is seeking new graduates to join its Information Technology team. This hybrid role focuses on configuring, developing, and testing Finance and/or Employee Success (ES/HR) applications. The associate will help deliver scalable solutions, contribute to engineering practices within the IT ES ecosystem, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and develop test strategies and automated test suites for ES and Finance platforms, integrations, and workflows.

Requirements

Degree in MIS, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

Nice To Haves

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate complex ES and Finance data models and people systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical engineers and non-technical ES and Finance stakeholders.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and motivation to advance Employee Success and/or Finance technologies.
Experience using telemetry, observability tooling, and metrics to drive operational excellence across enterprise ES and Finance platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test, and deliver scalable Finance and/or Employee Success (ES/HR) solutions.
Learn the development process, culture, and codebase within the IT ES ecosystem, and contribute to improving tooling, standards, and engineering practices.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, UX designers, and analytics experts to build employee-facing features while maintaining stable, secure, and scalable core platforms.
Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, and write unit and functional tests to improve code coverage and automation metrics across ES and Finance technology integrations and workflows.
Analyze, design, and develop test cases, and implement automated test suites for ES and Finance platform services.
