The Walt Disney Studios (WDS) is seeking a passionate individual to provide front-line end-user support as part of the Technical Services and System Engineering (TSaSE) team. This team works directly with engineering and architecture teams to design, build, implement, and support critical Production Systems and Applications that impact WDS's ability to deliver high-quality products throughout the movie-making process. The role involves providing exceptional technical support for internal applications/systems, implementing company technology initiatives, supporting special events, and collaborating with clients to improve productivity. TSaSE acts as the client's advocate and ensures timely resolution or escalation of incidents and requests, providing 24x7 global support for specialized business and production functions.
