Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer to support a Navy customer in Suitland, MD transitioning to a new enterprise Production and Dissemination system. This role focuses on system operations, data migration, template testing, and user support across multiple security domains. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ or 8+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 2+ or 6+ years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Active IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE preferred) or ability to obtain within 30 days of the offer acceptance.
Experience in system operations, system administration, and software license management
Ability to support users and troubleshoot production, dissemination, and connectivity issues
Skilled in managing workflows, alias sets, metadata rules, and technical documentation
Experience identifying system/tool requirements and performing template testing
Ability to manage and migrate data across multiple security domains, including classified environments
Competence in data analytics and generating actionable insights

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Naval Intelligence operations
Knowledge of Tableau, CORE, Microsoft 365, SharePoint
Strong communication skills for documenting processes, creating SOPs and User Guides and collaborating with stakeholders
