About The Position

As a systems engineer for the Strategic Weapons Control organization, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing and maintaining specialized systems. This role is fully on-site and you will be a part of the Strategic Weapons Control Systems Engineering team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards.
  • Creative thinker with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity.
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others.
  • Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Nice To Haves

  • Agile experience preferred.
  • High degree of knowledge working with Linux and virtual machines.
  • Experience implementing systems engineering practices or knowledge and training with INCOSE.
  • Degrees pertaining to Computer Engineering disciplines: Software Development, Hardware and Software Integration.
  • Experience with testing documentation development, test execution, and test results reporting.
