About The Position

Huntington Ingalls Industries, Mission Technologies Division (HII‑MT), is seeking multi‑level Systems Engineers to join our growing team and support advanced work in Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Candidates at the junior level will build foundational skills while supporting requirements analysis, system modeling, integration, and testing under the guidance of senior engineers. Mid‑level engineers will apply prior systems engineering experience to lead portions of technical planning, model development, integration, and verification activities while collaborating across teams. Senior‑level engineers will leverage advanced expertise to lead complex efforts across the full system lifecycle, translating customer requirements into integrated digital models, driving technical strategy, and mentoring less experienced team members. Together, these roles offer excellent opportunities to contribute, learn, and grow within a dynamic digital engineering environment. This position is located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio and is within a commutable distance from Beavercreek, Fairborn, Dayton, and Riverside.
