About The Position
Join our dynamic engineering team as a Systems Engineer focused on system integration testing. You will take ownership of multiple capabilities, ensuring each meets rigorous requirements through hands-on and automated testing. Collaborate closely with software counterparts to drive quality and performance in a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) System Integration Lab. This is a high-impact position with opportunities to lead in testing strategy, troubleshoot complex anomalies, and influence the automation roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years integrating/testing software-intensive systems in HWIL system integration labs
- 5+ years experience with JIRA, GitLab, or GitHub
- 5+ years hands-on with Eggplant, Cucumber, or Python
- 5+ years working with Omniview and Mission Planning conops
- Proven ability to strategize and communicate hardware integration plans
Nice To Haves
- Advanced automation scripting
- Experience leading multidisciplinary test teams
- Familiarity with emerging test tools and frameworks
Responsibilities
- Break down system requirements into actionable test cases for assigned capabilities
- Conduct manual and automated testing, recording results in test log tools
- Develop and execute failure mode testing to validate system robustness
- Document and troubleshoot anomalies, collaborating with software engineers for resolution
- Partner with automation teams to design and implement automated tests
- Contribute to long-term hardware integration strategies
