Requirements

  • 10+ years integrating and/or testing software-intensive systems in a HWIL system integration lab
  • 5+ years using tracking tools such as JIRA, GitLab, or GitHub
  • 5+ years with Eggplant, Cucumber, or Python for automated testing
  • 5+ years working with Omniview and Mission Planning conops
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate long-term hardware integration strategies
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading integration or automation initiatives
  • Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities
  • Familiarity with new HWIL technologies and test methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Break down system requirements and develop comprehensive manual test cases for assigned capabilities
  • Execute hands-on testing, document results in specialized test log tools, and generate detailed anomaly reports
  • Collaborate with software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve anomalies discovered during lab testing
  • Design and implement failure mode testing to ensure system reliability and robustness
  • Partner with automation teams to develop and improve automated test scripts for system capabilities
  • Contribute to long-term hardware integration strategy and continuous process improvement
