LM Space is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the design, development, verification, and integration of complex aerospace and space systems, translating high level mission objectives into clear system architectures, interface control documents, and integration schedules. This role helps coordinate hardware, software, and test teams to ensure that every subsystem meets rigorous performance, safety, and reliability criteria while complying with all relevant regulations. The engineer is responsible for system level test planning and execution, configuration baseline management. The position requires extensive collaboration with the overall program team.

Requirements

Experience with military or space mission programs.
Experience Using DOORS and/or DOORS NG
Experience with SysML
Exposure to MBSE tools such as Cameo and Rhapsody
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
US citizenship is required

Prior Experience working with RAPT-2 or other IGNITE programs is highly desirable

Responsibilities
