About The Position

BB6 Defense is seeking a Systems Engineer - Level 3 to support a proprietary client in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. The role leads system engineering tasks and collaborates with a broad range of organizations and teams. Work includes analyzing needs and deriving system-level requirements; contributing to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of computer networks and systems; and supporting the system engineering of DoD command, control, communications, and intelligence (C3I) systems.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• At least three years of experience as a lead system engineer, including leading, managing, and collaborating with a broad range of organizations and teams to accomplish system engineering tasks.
• At least twelve years of experience in one or more of the following: system engineering of DoD C3I systems; analyzing needs, deriving system-level requirements, and contributing to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of computer networks and systems; or microelectronics engineering, integrated circuit design, and integrated circuit reverse engineering.
• A degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Information Systems, or DAWIA Level 3 SPRD&E certification in any specialty, may substitute for part of the experience requirement.
