Systems Engineer
About The Position
Amyx is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Dept. of Defense client at Scott Air Force Base in O'fallon, IL. This position will focus on being able to provide systems and technical engineering support across the system lifecycle. Supports architecture, design, and technical reviews. Develops and maintains systems engineering documentation. Advises on technical risks, performance, and integration Must have the ability to communicate accurate information Systems/technical engineering support: technical management processes, assessments, specifications, architectures, and design documents. Engineering documentation: draft and maintain compliance, architecture, and sustainability documentation; support milestone reviews; develop technical performance measures and planning documents Coordination & advising: coordinate with Government engineers; advise on technical assessments, reviews, and audits; monitor architectures for compliance with applicable regulations/requirements. Agile awareness: support Agile methodologies as required
Requirements
- Secret Clearance
- The position requires the personnel to have at least one Computing Environment (CE) certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting engineering-related acquisition milestone reviews and technical working groups.
- Experience providing technical support for market research and solution constraints analysis.
