About The Position

We are seeking highly skilled Systems Engineers (I, II and III) with experience in Agile methodologies, and preferably, knowledge of Product Ownership and Scrum Master roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems while ensuring seamless collaboration between development teams and stakeholders. This role requires a strong technical background in systems engineering along with experience in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with system integration, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Certifications in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP) or Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable systems that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Act as a key contributor in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and help facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Assist or take on responsibilities of a Product Owner, including managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Support teams as a Scrum Master by facilitating Agile processes, removing impediments, and fostering a high-performing environment.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met and that projects align with the product roadmap.
  • Ensure that various systems are properly integrated and work together effectively.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly to maintain system performance and availability.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency, system performance, and overall project outcomes.
