You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Windows, Linux, and macOS systems on multiple Department of Defense ( DoD ) networks. You will also be responsible for ensuring the compliance of all systems. You will work closely with project teams consisting of government, military, and contractor personnel to support research, development, integration and experimentation. Requirements

  • Experience with Windows, Linux and macOS system administration
  • Experience with system and network troubleshooting
  • Experience administrating hypervisors or virtual environments
  • Experience with Micro sof t Office suite
  • Ability to write shell administration scripts such as PowerShell and Bash
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Windows or Linux Computing Environment Training Certification
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Cert ification such as CompTIA Security+ CE Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience deploying or maintaining container sof t war e such as Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes
  • Experience automating repeatable tasks with Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) services such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
  • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining conference rooms utilizing remote meeting capabilities such as Micro sof t Teams, Zoom, and Cisco WebEx
  • Experience troubleshooting and administrating remote systems connected to a Virtual Private Network ( VPN )
  • Experience with the Air Force ticketing system EITaaS Service Now
  • Experience with Ivanti and Tenable Nessus
  • Experience with Network Access Storage ( NAS ) or Storage Access Network ( SAN )
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory in design, implementation, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of sof t war e or hard war e configurations to accelerate Artifi cia l Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning ( ML ) tasks
