About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) is seeking two Systems Engineers in support of the Bombers Sustainment Systems Engineering, Integration & Testing (SEIT) organization in Oklahoma City, OK. This position will support B-52 Sustainment programs for Systems Engineering primarily interfacing with software teams, mission systems, logistics and program management. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced, Lead or Senior Level Engineers. One position will be primarily serving as a Systems Engineer for ICSMS/ CONECT and another position will be to be the SEIT Lead for an AEHF Proposal /Risk Reduction program. This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
3+ years of related systems engineering/project engineering work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong knowledge and experience in Excel / Data Analytics
Ability to obtain a U. S. Top Secret security clearance post-start.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Nice To Haves

Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Level 5: 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Knowledge and/or experience in MSOSA or Model Based Systems Engineering
Experience using DOORS or a similar type of requirements software.
Experience writing documents such as CDRLs that will be delivered to customers.
Experience developing proposals.
Knowledge and/or experience applying AI to solve logistical problems (forecasting spare parts, estimating timelines to repair parts based on past experience, creating / maintaining dashboards.

Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.
Develops the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.
Resolves cross-functional technical issues.
Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
Develops, maintains, and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.
