Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
- Extensive experience managing Windows Server environments, including administration, troubleshooting, security, and network configuration
- Ideally Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Windows Server
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the operations, ongoing and new IT Initiatives and upgrades, evaluation of new software, and engineering support for all production, development, and disaster recovery environments.
- Will design and support ongoing efforts to achieve efficiencies through automation using Powershell
- Resolves and appropriately completes assigned cases and change requests and acts as an escalation for support issues.
- Applies new solutions through research and collaboration with the team and determines course of action for new application initiatives. Implements new software solutions as required by the business.
