This position directly supports the Ground Systems staff in Systems Engineering efforts for Ground Support Systems.
Requirements
- Must have U.S. Citizenship.
- An Active Secret security clearance is required.
- Must have 12+ years of applicable experience with an MS degree.
- Must have experience supporting and/or leading a collaborative team (dispersed team of Government, Contractors, Prime Developers).
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Documented systems engineering proficiency in aerospace industry, missile defense preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supporting systems and software engineering, presentation of status updates, technical analysis, and failure reviews
- Support programmatic decisions with technical analysis by providing courses of action and actionable recommendations based on new or evolving requirements
- Plan, support, facilitate and execute various systems engineering design & technical reviews requiring input on behalf of the government Program Office
