This position requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance, and U.S. citizenship is mandatory. The role involves contributing to systems engineering documentation, managing system requirements, and coordinating the resolution of action items from various review meetings. The Systems Engineer will participate in Integrated Product Teams to design new capabilities, define interfaces, and allocate process budgets. They will also be responsible for developing system design solutions, deriving requirements for Information Assurance Services, and providing technical direction for complex hardware/software systems. This includes requirements elicitation, functional allocation, system architecture development, and end-to-end flow analysis. The role also involves implementing SOA solutions, developing operational concepts, conducting quantitative analysis in non-functional system performance areas, and managing system baselines. Additionally, the Systems Engineer will plan verification efforts, develop system design alternatives, assess risks, and maintain knowledge of applicable standards. Serving as a member of the Configuration Control Board (CCB) and participating in Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) efforts are also key responsibilities.
