Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
10+ years of related experience
TS/SCI with poly security clearance level
US citizenship required

Responsibilities

Provide domain expertise throughout all software and process engineering phases
Develop detailed design documents in the form of system Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), data-flow diagrams, and system/component-level design diagrams
Integrate engineering specialties into the systems development process
Develop and build metadata object and business logic models, provide data element dictionaries, create, document, and publish XML schemas, (ICDs, and Data Model Requirements)
Provide system/equipment/specialized training and technical guidance
