About The Position

Technology Resource Experts, LLC is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join their rapidly growing team! This role requires an active TS/SCI Poly security clearance. The position involves applying systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. The Systems Engineer will interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communication will be with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. The role is responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288. This includes Technical Process Areas such as Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal. Project Process Areas include Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement. Enterprise (Organizational Project-Enabling) Process Areas include Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Lifecycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management. The Agreement Process Area includes Acquisition and Supply. Specific duties include designing and building the requirements management processes, software development standards and processes, and release management processes. Support for Jira building to enforce these processes is also required, along with other testing management support, architecture design, etc., that are a normal part of system engineering these solutions. The role will involve working with SWE 3 in implementing JIRA tickets and queues, and working with SWE 3 on implementing C4 modeling for visualizing Software Architecture. The Systems Engineer will also generate artifacts and define processes, and document architecture decisions.

Requirements

• Requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• BS + 15 yrs experience
• Jira experience

Responsibilities
