About The Position

Technology Resource Experts, LLC is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join their rapidly growing team! This role involves analyzing user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. The engineer will guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. They will provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, and incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations. The position also requires developing technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation. The role includes guiding system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. The Systems Engineer will interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts, holding ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables. Communication with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives is essential. Experience in collaborating with a Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events is also required.

Requirements

• Requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph (with Poly within last 5 years)
• Scrum Coach-Scrum Certification

Responsibilities

• Analyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.
• Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
• Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develops technical documentation.
• Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.
• Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
• Holds ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
• Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
