Systems Engineer IV - MSAD

Voyager Technologies, Inc.•Folsom, CA
•$125,700 - $173,700

About The Position

The Level IV Modeling, Simulation, and Controls Engineer contributes to the design, development, and analysis of control systems and simulation architectures supporting propulsion and aerospace systems. The role supports program execution through high-fidelity modeling, algorithm development, and performance assessments, applying expertise in solid rocket motors and controllable solids technologies to model system behavior and advance design maturity. The engineer takes increasing technical ownership and works closely with other engineering disciplines, project teams, and customers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related STEM field. A master’s degree in systems engineering or a related discipline is preferred and may substitute for one year of experience. Candidates need 7–10 years of relevant experience and must have or be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance. Travel may be required up to 10% for technical reviews, tests, or customer engagements, and the engineer must be comfortable working in secure or classified environments. Voyager offers competitive salary, a discretionary annual bonus plan, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, retirement savings, a wellness program, and other benefits. The California pay range is $125,700–$173,700 USD.
