In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate, verify, and validate our products. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers. As a Systems Engineer you will develop and apply technical expertise in the planning, integration, test, and activation of complex military systems. This position will require up to 25% travel and participation in programmatic and technical reviews. This is an ONSITE position in based in Marlborough, MA

Requirements

Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics must be obtained by start date.
Experience with one or more of the following: System Troubleshooting, System Integration and Test, HW / SW Integration, Data Analysis and Visualization
Successfully complete RTX internship.
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date

Nice To Haves

RF / Radar Integration and Test or Analysis
Experience with programming languages such as Matlab, C++, Python, Java
Experience with troubleshooting DoD systems
Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and exercise good engineering judgement and technical decision making inside the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities organization
Be able to develop requirements, generate test procedures, integrate new systems, perform system testing, and support lifecycle requirements for assigned program systems
To perform work in the field, in an industrial environment, onboard a US Naval vessel, or at a foreign site may append additional requirements, such as climbing, lifting/carrying, and similar physical activity.
