Provide daily hardware and software engineering, support and maintenance, performance monitoring and reporting, solutions design and consulting for Arrow's Hardware/Software infrastructure Systems. Analyze and troubleshoot problems in software, applications, databases, hardware and COTS applications. Provide 2nd level support working directly with IT groups and/or users. Interface with vendors, as required, to provide hardware or software repairs. Participate in yearly Disaster Recovery tests.
