About The Position

This role is responsible for configuring, installing, upgrading, and maintaining physical and virtual server systems and related infrastructure. The Systems Engineer I will administer and monitor enterprise-level systems for performance, availability, and security, and perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues. The position also involves managing and validating backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors, and maintaining documentation. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with internal standards and industry best practices, participates in capacity planning and performance tuning, and provides mentorship to junior team members. A key aspect of this role is continuously seeking opportunities to improve system reliability, automation, and operational efficiency, while maintaining a member-first mindset and upholding core values.

Requirements
