About The Position

This role is responsible for configuring, installing, upgrading, and maintaining physical and virtual server systems and related infrastructure. The Systems Engineer I will administer and monitor enterprise-level systems for performance, availability, and security, and perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues. The position also involves managing and validating backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors for project implementation and system integration.
