About The Position

The Systems Engineering team is responsible for long term customer success, enabling transformation through execution of Apple standard methodology and development of a modern IT infrastructure. You will advise customers on standard processes, you work closely with technical and non-technical customers communicating and partnering with both. You will work with customers and channel partners across Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and the Adriatic region. Our business and education customers need to know that with their significant investments in our technologies, everything’s going to work as promised. We are the ones who make believers out of them. We solve technical and business problems to ensure success for both Apple and its customers. We provide technical sales with a goal of redefining the way people work. Apple’s Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers in enterprise and education. You are an expert at presenting and cool under pressure. You make the sophisticated simple and command an audience by bringing them along for the journey. You empower others to learn, to be curious and share your passion for the Apple story. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a consultative pre-sales engineering experience.
  • Expert level hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), mobile hardware and software, network infrastructure, and Apple technologies and platforms.
  • OR 5 years experience problem solving IT problems in a multiple platform environment.
  • Qualifications and certifications from leading hardware, software and infrastructure vendors.
  • Experience in managing Apple platforms or software deployments or environments at scale.
  • Excellent customer-facing technical presentation, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions for large enterprises or in education.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
