About The Position
As a System Engineer Asc supporting the Terminal High‑Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the System Engineering group. In this role, you will: Support the THAAD Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) lead in the coordination and development of THAAD Risks and mitigation plans. Populate, track and report technical risks and opportunities in the Risk Opportunity Assessment Database for Success (ROADS). Produce periodic risk dashboards for stakeholders. Support the THAAD System Engineering group in the system design development and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship Required
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of overall system engineering process (requirements, risk management, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of AGILE process
- Basic scripting or data-analysis experience (Python, Matlab)
- Experience with MBSE Tools (Cameo, etc.)
- Active Secret Security Clearance
