About The Position

You will be a Systems Engineer - Reliability for the F-22 Reliability and Field Performance team, which is responsible for ensuring product reliability across multiple subsystems. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar degree from an accredited college.
  • Ability to solve problems of moderate scope using standard engineering methods, with work reviewed periodically for technical quality and completeness
  • Experience with presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document analysis results and explain technical findings
  • Ability to work effectively on cross functional teams
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to one or more of the following: reliability predictions, maintainability analysis, FMECA, mission reliability or mission success modeling, FRACAS, or testability analysis
  • Demonstrated initiative, learning agility, and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to closure with support
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies a plus
  • Exposure to Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts and practices
