About The Position

Captivation Software is seeking a hands-on DevOps professional with strong troubleshooting skills. The candidate may be asked to provide future call-in support to back up the team on a rotational basis. This position is open to direct hires only; candidates from third-party staffing or recruiting firms will not be considered.

Applicants must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable polygraph and must be U.S. citizens. The role requires 14 years of systems engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity, as well as a bachelor's degree in a listed or related discipline. Five additional years of systems engineering experience may substitute for the degree.

The stated annual salary range is $130,000–$270,000, depending on years of experience.

Requirements

• Currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable polygraph.
• Be a U.S. citizen.
• Have 14 years of systems engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Have a bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university; five additional years of systems engineering experience may substitute for the degree.
