The position works across field service, technical product support, operations, manufacturing, product management, supply chain, engineering, and customer teams to support system performance and customer confidence. Onto Innovation offers competitive salaries and benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; PTO; a 401(k) with employer match; an Employee Stock Purchase Program; wellness initiatives; annual bonus opportunities; and potential long-term incentives.
