About The Position

The Schwan’s Company, a U.S. affiliate of the global lifestyle company CJ CheilJedang Corporation, is a leading U.S. manufacturer and marketer of quality foods offered through retail-grocery and food-service channels. This is a dynamic 12-week internship experience from May 24 to August 13, 2027, offering hands-on involvement with real-world projects that align with your studies and make a real impact. Requirements

Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
Understanding of data warehousing and data engineering principles.
Interest in developing dashboards/reports/visualizations.
Desire to learn how to utilize Microsoft Fabric.
Critical thinking/problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, able to present data insights clearly to various audiences.
Team player, comfortable collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

Create or modify software programs, covering design, coding, configuration, testing, installation, and technical support.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems, identifying and resolving issues within software processes.
Provide problem-solving solutions for both customers and internal systems, including routine and on-call production support.
Work closely with project managers and process leads to discuss development requests and SAP project requirements.
Assess business and system opportunities, recommending improvements and implementing complex solutions when needed.
Provide estimates and planning for development tasks, ensuring clear project timelines and objectives.
Perform testing and debugging of programs to ensure they meet project specifications and function smoothly.
Create and update technical documentation for software projects, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Assist in integrating new software modules into existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.
