Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required
5+ years of experience in automotive ECU development
Proven ability to deliver technical projects on time and within budget

Nice To Haves

Master’s Degree in Engineering in Electronics or Software is preferred.
Experience in ADAS is preferred.
Experience within functional safety ISO 26262, and cybersecurity methodologies is preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for Systems Budget execution within the assigned project, ensuring alignment with overall project and Systems Discipline budget guidelines.
Responsible for Systems QCD Management: Lead the team responsible for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of the Systems discipline, adhering to standardized methodologies and KPIs.
Responsible for Systems Technical Review execution and corrective action plan within the project.
Drive design solutions & reuse within the assigned project.
Support Systems QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control): Identify systems issues in standard, method, tools, test means for ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues and continuous improvement in design execution.
Responsible for Project Systems QRQC, ensuring management of the correction of major technical issues.
Support Systems Competency Development of the Systems design team within the project.
Execute Systems Efficiency Plan within the assigned project.
Collaborate with Systems Engineering Manager and Systems Team Leader on budget performance, design execution, quality control, and efficiency initiatives.
Collaborate with R&D Technical Project Leader to ensure seamless integration of Systems design within the overall project plan, timeline, and technical specifications.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to Systems Designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
