About The Position

The Systems Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily operational systems, reporting, and internal technical workflows across the business. This position serves as a bridge between operations, finance, and internal systems by assisting with reporting, system maintenance, and HelpDesk support.

Requirements

  • Experience in application administration, operations support, systems support, or similar role.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and support basic troubleshooting needs.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-service mindset when supporting internal teams and users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for business systems and operational tools.
  • Assist with internal HelpDesk requests and basic troubleshooting needs.
  • Prepare and maintain reports to support operational and financial visibility.
  • Support system workflows, data accuracy, and process consistency across teams.
  • Assist with monthly reporting and other recurring business support activities.
  • Help maintain internal systems, contact lists, and communication tools.
  • Assist with monitoring and responding to live chat inquiries through the company website.
  • Support field and office teams with system-related questions and issues.
  • Assist with new system tasks, updates, and special projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support business operations.
