About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Systems and Software Delivery Lead - Project Manager to serve as a servant leader for systems and software development teams. This role guides work from concept through release, facilitating planning, requirements, release execution, and cross-functional coordination. The position involves monitoring progress, metrics, and dependencies, and supporting continuous improvement of processes and team effectiveness. The role also includes mentoring junior delivery leads and contributing to organizational development. This is a fully onsite position requiring a reasonable commute, with potential relocation assistance offered. Indefinite U.S. work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Systems, or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays (0-5%)
  • Reliable transportation to travel locally between company sites
  • Indefinite U.S. work authorization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with agile or scaled agile software development
  • Background in embedded systems, vehicle systems, or industrial products
  • Agile certifications (SAFe Product Manager, RTE, Scrum Master, PO)

  • Facilitate requirements breakdown, team planning, and issue resolution.
  • Manage dependencies, resourcing, tools, metrics, and deployment pipelines.
  • Communicate release status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of processes and team effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior delivery leads and contribute to organizational development.
