Requirements

  • University Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of IT working experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in Salesforce Administration/Development on Health/Service Cloud and/or in Infor Hansen/IPS application.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com and/or Infor Hansen best practices and functionality.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and to estimate workload.
  • Experience with both reports and custom reports and dashboards.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have the ability to balance multiple concurrent activities with a flexible and adaptable positive demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as assuming leadership role to work with cross functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with project teams to identify project achievements, tasks, and required resources to develop a detailed project plan.

Nice To Haves

  • Database/software application development experience.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in Salesforce and Infor Hansen system administration, support and/or project implementation
  • Configures and enhances Salesforce and Infor Hansen for new requirements.
  • Meets with business users to gather and analyze business requirements and provides effort estimate
  • Maintains and supports Salesforce and Infor Hansen system for patches and releases.
  • Backup supports for co-workers in supporting Salesforce and Infor Hansen systems
  • Prepares project documentation including but not limited to analysis, design, technical specification, user documentations, training material and provides end-user training.
  • Leads enhancement project work.
  • Manages multiple assignments while concurrently fulfilling on-going application support and maintenance responsibilities.
  • Works with internal and external technical resources to implement approved changes.
  • Collaborates with other analysts to ensure system and procedural changes have minimum impact on other application areas.
  • Provides technical support for ongoing system enhancements and improvements and upgrades.
  • Participates in project implementation including User Acceptance Test, RFP evaluation and product/tool research.
