American National is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the Annuity Help Desk team within our Annuity Business Systems Analysis organization. This role is responsible for researching and resolving issues, applying sound problem-solving skills, and partnering with business and technical agile teams to support day-to-day annuity operations. The successful Systems Analyst demonstrates the ability and aptitude to learn the complex inner workings of our annuity policy administration system and related processes. This individual uses technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to research issues, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and create clear documentation that support both the team and business partners.
