About The Position

TEKsystems is looking for Helpdesk Analysts with exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. The role involves troubleshooting tier 1 support issues, managing multiple tasks and priorities, and making decisions with little or no management input or prior existing guidelines. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with initiative, independent thinking, and strong customer service, oral, and written skills.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of BMC Helix / SmartIT Event Management System
