About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the transformation of legacy enterprise applications into a modern technology stack (e.g., React-based). This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers in a complex environment that includes cloud and on-premise systems with multi-geography users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience with enterprise applications.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in legacy system modernization and migrating old applications to new technology stacks.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, creating user stories, As-Is / To-Be analysis, gap analysis, BRDs, BPMs, and wireframing.
  • Hands-on experience working with enterprise applications in complex environments (cloud + on-premise, multi-geography users).
  • Good understanding of modern development practices and technology flows.
  • Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
  • Strong Agile experience (Jira, user story grooming, backlog management, sprint planning).

Nice To Haves

  • Background in government, banking, insurance, or large enterprise projects is preferred.
