About The Position
This role focuses on supporting Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E) systems, requiring a strong understanding of system requirements gathering, functional analysis, system design facilitation, and SDLC methodologies. The analyst will be involved in supporting development and testing cycles, and will need excellent communication and documentation skills to facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirements sessions within complex enterprise or public sector environments.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience as a Systems Analyst supporting Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E) systems
- Strong experience with System requirements gathering
- Strong experience with Functional analysis
- Strong experience with System design facilitation
- Strong experience with SDLC methodologies
- Experience supporting development and testing cycles
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirements sessions
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Experience working within complex enterprise or public sector environments
