About The Position
The specialist will create and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the Ambulatory Service Division leadership regarding planning, training, and support to ensure best practice standard work is followed, and a seamless patient experience is provided. They must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, relationship building ability, communication skills and strong leadership of assigned areas of oversight. This is not a heads down build role!!

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the Ambulatory Service Division leadership regarding planning, training, and support.
- Ensure best practice standard work is followed.
- Provide a seamless patient experience.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
- Build relationships.
- Utilize communication skills.
- Provide strong leadership of assigned areas of oversight.
- Be in meetings with the business and operations team.
