About The Position

Mayroad is seeking a strategic and experienced Systems Analyst to optimize the technology platforms and processes that support its business operations. The role partners with leaders and functional teams across the company to identify technology needs, resolve system issues, and deliver improvements that strengthen efficiency, data visibility, and the employee experience. The Systems Analyst works closely with IT Management and business stakeholders to support property management software, translate operational requirements into effective solutions, and help ensure Mayroad receives strong value from its technology investments. The Systems Analyst serves as Mayroad’s technology partner and primary resource for business applications, including Yardi. The role provides day-to-day application support, analyzes business and system requirements, identifies process improvements, coordinates enhancements, manages technology initiatives, and develops dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to support informed decision-making and reliable operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Development, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in IT support, business administration, or related activities.
At least 2 years of Yardi experience.

Nice To Haves

CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Technology Services partner, focus on requirements, champion issue resolution or new demands, and help ensure the best possible value from technology investments.
Work with IT Management to ensure primary applications and systems meet business requirements and provide daily support for Yardi property management software to Mayroad employees.
Coordinate with IT Management to identify technology process and systems improvement opportunities.
Serve as the company’s property management software expert; communicate with Yardi users, perform remote time-sensitive repairs and fixes for Yardi and other software, identify improvements, and follow up on updates and enhancement requests.
Analyze break/fix trends to improve recognized inefficiencies.
Provide software application support services to users across business activities.
Facilitate prioritization of initiatives to optimize value and account for interdependence.
Manage or oversee project initiatives when required.
Create scorecards, KPIs, and dashboards to track and monitor general employee and system performance.
Make training recommendations based on trends.
Document all processes employed.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by IT Management.
